The Role:

• Lead fabrication and VDC execution across major electrical construction projects
• Coordinate fabrication schedules, logistics plans, and installation sequencing
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project and fabrication teams

The Candidate:

• Electrical construction background with VDC, BIM, or fabrication experience
• Strong coordination and leadership skills within commercial or industrial projects
• Ambition to progress into senior leadership or Director-level roles
