In this role, you will lead new product introduction, taking flight-critical precision components from blueprint through to production. You will develop and refine manufacturing processes, work from detailed blueprints to ensure specifications are accurate, and coordinate with purchasing and programming teams to keep projects moving. Applying your CAD/CAM and GD&T expertise, you will manage multiple projects and play a key part in the growth of the business.

This role would suit a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with a machining background and strong CAD/CAM experience, looking for autonomy, high-value projects, and a clear path to Principal and Management.

The Role:

• Leading new product introduction, taking parts from blueprint through to production.
• Developing manufacturing processes and coordinating with purchasing and programming teams.
• Managing multiple projects while ensuring specifications and tolerances are accurate.

The Person:

• Manufacturing engineering background with a machining focus
• CAD/CAM experience (Mastercam or Siemens NX)
• GD&T and blueprint reading (reverse engineering an advantage)
