Are you an experienced Engineering professional with a background in defence and military electronics looking to take ownership of engineering operations, supplier strategy, and the execution of complex programs?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing defence technology business where you’ll work at the intersection of engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and business development. You’ll play a key role in ensuring programs are technically executable, materials are available, and engineering projects move efficiently from proposal through production.

You will be responsible for developing BOMs and procurement strategies, supporting proposals, managing component lifecycles, developing supplier relationships, mitigating obsolescence risks, and coordinating cross-functional engineering and manufacturing activities.

This role would suit an Engineering professional with a defence electronics background who has experience with BOM development, component sourcing, supplier management, and military electronics design or sustainment programs.

The Role:

• Support defence programs through BOM development, supplier sourcing, and proposal execution
• Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality to keep projects moving efficiently
• Manage component lifecycles, obsolescence, and alternate part qualification
• Build supplier strategies to improve cost, quality, availability, and delivery

The Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Engineering experience within the defence industry
• Experience with military electronics, BOM development, component sourcing, and supplier management
• Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance
