In this role, you’ll travel between project sites, leading teams of 20 tradespeople, ensuring work is delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You’ll be a visible leader, mentoring crews, solving technical challenges, and representing the business at the highest level on-site.

This role would suit an experienced superintendent or plumbing foreman seeking impact, recognition and long-term career growth opportunities while being highly compensated for your expertise.

The Role:

• Lead multi-million-dollar commercial plumbing projects from planning to completion.
• Manage site operations, crew leadership, material tracking, and safety compliance.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and trade partners to keep delivery on track.
• Mentor teams, drive quality, and ensure schedules are met.

The Person:

• Commercial and/or industrial plumbing experience.
• Superintendent and/or foreman plumbing experience.
• Experience travelling.
