Role:
*Oversee day-to-day site activity across residential projects
*Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth sequencing of works
*Manage project timelines, quality standards, and site progress
*Act as the key point of contact between site teams and stakeholders
The Person:
*Background in residential construction, ideally with custom home experience
*Confident managing site activity and coordinating multiple trades
*Comfortable communicating with teams and stakeholders at all levels
*Full driving licence required
