The Role:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 40 sales professionals, with full ownership of territory performance.
- Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term strategic relationships across engineering and manufacturing sectors.
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities and increasing market penetration.
The Candidate:
- Strong background in HVAC, Pumps, Boilers, Compressors, or MEP systems.
- Proven success in consultative, relationship-driven technical sales.
- A natural leader with the ability to motivate, develop, and elevate high-performing teams.
