In this role, you will oversee CNC programming and setup operations across multiple CNC systems and work centres, while also supporting production planning, troubleshooting machining issues, and mentoring shop floor personnel. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and production teams to ensure high-quality production standards and efficient manufacturing processes.
This role would suit an experienced CNC Programmer or CNC Supervisor with strong MasterCAM knowledge who is looking to step into a long-term leadership position with progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Overseeing CNC programming, setup, and machining operations
- Supporting production schedules and improving manufacturing efficiency
- Providing technical leadership and troubleshooting support to machining teams
- Working with Haas CNC & VMC equipment and MasterCAM software
The Candidate:
- Strong CNC programming and setup experience
- Experience with MasterCAM and Haas machinery
- Leadership or supervisory experience within manufacturing
- Ability to read technical drawings and use inspection equipment
