Summer Creator Internship

About the Program
Pro Shop is looking for 10–12 college students to join our first-ever Summer Creator Internship — a paid program built around golf and content creation. Selected interns will spend the summer playing rounds, building their personal brands, and producing content across the Pro Shop and Skratch University platforms. This is a real internship with real deliverables. The job just happens to involve a lot of golf.

Program Details
Duration: June – August

Location: Remote / home market-based, with optional in-person meetups

Cohort: 10–12 interns selected nationwide

Compensation: Weekly base stipend performance bonuses tied to views, follower growth, and engagement. 

·       3–4 rounds per week — solo, against fellow interns, or with guests

·       A mix of formats: casual rounds, competitive matches, and content-first challenges

·       3–5 short-form videos per week (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)

·       1 longer piece per week — match recap, vlog, course review, challenge, or whatever fits your style

·       Day-in-the-life, improvement arcs, trash talk, chaos — all fair game

·       Engage with your following through comments, duets, and collabs

·       Cross-post within the Pro Shop ecosystem

·       Participate in weekly social challenges and prompts

·       Join the weekly group call to recap rounds, compare scores, and compete for weekly honors (this becomes content)

·       Compete on a leaderboard that tracks both golf performance and content output across the summer

The internship is designed to be a story as much as a job. 12 interns, one summer — who improves, who goes viral, who implodes on hole 15. We’ll follow it all. The stakes are real, the competition is real, and the content that comes out of it should feel that way too.

·       Participants over the age of 18 available June through August (any major)

·       Genuine enthusiasm for golf and content creation

·       On-camera charisma and a natural ability to tell stories

·       Experience making short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

·       Self-directed and able to produce, edit, and design consistently on your own

·       A distinct personality — slightly unhinged is absolutely welcome

·       A 2-minute video covering: who you are, why you’d excel in this role, your golf and content background, and your personality on camera
