Are you a driven SDR who thrives in fast-moving startup environments, is looking to make a huge impact, and enjoys building sales processes from the ground up?
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing AI startup building the foundational layer for enterprise LLM deployment. Already profitable, and with already used by some of the largest tech companies in the world and emerging tech companies alike, the team is entering its next phase of growth and looking for a founding SDR to help drive that expansion.
You'll be joining a lean, world-class Series A team backed by leading investors producing 8 figure ARR. Working closely with the Account Executive team, you'll own cold outreach and inbound lead management, setting the pipeline that fuels enterprise growth. You'll help shape a repeatable SDR process from scratch that scales as the company does.

The Role
- Own inbound lead management and targeted cold outreach to enterprise customers
- Work with Account Executives to develop and qualify lists of potential customers against the ideal customer profile
- Build a repeatable, scalable SDR process from the ground up
- Set up meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking of interactions and pipeline data across all stages
The Person
- 6 months of SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or tech startups — experience selling developer tools is a strong plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Excellent communicator with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse buyer personas
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership in an early-stage environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities across a fast-moving pipeline
- Comfortable with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and a feedback-driven culture
- Happy to work on-site in San Francisco
