Are you a Production Supervisor with a background in the food or beverage industry looking to lead a team, develop skills through training and progress into senior leadership position?

In this position you will play a key role in this expanding production department, you will lead a team through the production and packaging of high quality products supplied to leading customers. You will work with senior leadership to hit department goals and performance targets, oversee a production team operating safety and efficiently. This position will suit a production leader with experience in either the food or beverage market looking to progress and develop long-term within a fast-growing food manufacturer investing in new technology.
The Position:
- Play a key role in the production department leading teams through effective production of high quality food products supplied to leading customers
- Work cross functionally with senior leadership to hit performance targets and goals for a high-quality product range
- Option to work across a range of different shift patterns (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with excellent earning potential
