The Role:
- Drive electrical reliability across a large manufacturing facility.
- Lead root cause investigations and equipment improvement initiatives.
- Improve preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Improve uptime, asset performance, and long-term equipment reliability.
The Candidate:
- Electrical or Reliability Engineering experience within industrial manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and power distribution.
- Experience with RCA, preventative maintenance, and reliability improvement.
- Looking for long-term technical progression.
