In this role, you will lead all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, cost accounting, and internal controls while supporting plant operations through detailed financial analysis and KPI tracking. You will also work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives including acquisitions, capital investments, financial modelling, and growth planning.

The Role:
- Lead and develop accounting and finance personnel
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and cash flow analysis
The Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Previous controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting leadership experience
- Looking to gain more responsibility and recognition
