Are you a Project Engineer or Junior/Assistant Project Manager with experience in modular or offsite construction, looking to step up into a Project Manager role with real responsibility and progression?

The Role:
• Support and lead delivery across modular construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation
• Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting
• Travel to site weekly to support installation and project execution
The Person:
• Experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant / Junior Project Manager within modular or offsite construction
• Understanding of project delivery, site coordination, and construction processes
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, AutoDesk, or similar
• Ambitious and looking to progress into a fully-fledged Project Manager role
