In this role you will take ownership of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction and design coordination through procurement, installation, commissioning and closeout.

The Role:
- Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish
- Take responsibility for project budgets, schedules, labor and material performance
- Coordinate with General Contractors, owners, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams
- Review designs, specifications, submittals and equipment requirements
- Coordinate procurement, material take-offs and project delivery
- Support commissioning, startup, troubleshooting and project closeout
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
The Person:
- Project Management experience within construction
- Must have some exposure to HVAC systems and understand the HVAC construction / commissioning process
- Experience working with General Contractors, owners and subcontractors
- Strong commercial and technical understanding
- Well organized, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of projects
