This is a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll or AR/AP Specialist looking to join an industry leading construction company in Minneapolis. You will be integral within Accounting, handling the day-to-day flow of invoices, payments, collections and job cost-related accounting.

This Minnesota-based organization is one of the most reputable contractors in the state, navigating the next stages of their growth and development. They are now looking to recruit an AR/AP Specialist to support the wider Accounting function
This role focuses on being detail-oriented, organized and would be ideal for someday who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Manage AR/AP functions, handle invoicing, payments and collection.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Vendors and the wider Accounting team.
- Up to $70,000 Base Salary, Profit Sharing, Healthcare, PTO more
The Person:
- Payroll or AR/AP experience
- Construction experience is ideal but not required
- Motivated to eventually assume a more senior position
