The Role
- Take designs from concept through to production, ensuring they meet customer and manufacturing needs.
- Collaborate with welders, technicians, and engineers to bring projects to life, introducing best practices and process improvements.
- Be hands-on with the product – including learning welding, assembly, and manufacturing methods – to fully understand how designs translate to real-world builds.
