Are you a hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer looking to take ownership of production processes and drive real impact across a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment?

You will be responsible for supporting production with hands-on troubleshooting, leading root cause analysis, improving manufacturing processes, implementing Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, developing work instructions, and collaborating across engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure high-quality output.
This role would suit a proactive engineer with electronics manufacturing experience who thrives in a hands-on, problem-solving environment.
The Role:
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams
- Design and maintain production fixtures and test equipment
The Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field
- Strong understanding of electronics, schematics, and assembly
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
