The Role:
• Lead architectural design on design-build projects from concept through construction
• Collaborate closely with preconstruction, engineering, and construction teams
• Produce and review drawings, specifications, and design documentation
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Act as a key technical advisor during client presentations and project reviews
• Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and project optimization
The Person:
• Licensed Architect (RA) – essential
• Proven experience working in a Design-Build environment
• Strong technical knowledge across architectural design and construction coordination
• Experience delivering commercial, industrial, or modular projects preferred
