Are you a Facilities or Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience, looking for a clearly mapped route through technical levels into Lead and Supervisor positions, with training paid for at every step?

On offer is a structured progression path where you move up through defined technical levels as your competency grows, picking up specialist skills on systems you will not touch in general building maintenance, and stepping into leadership as you go.

They run multiple sites internationally, invest heavily in developing their technical staff through a formal competency and training framework, and have a strong track record of promoting from within rather than recruiting over the top of their people.

In the role you will carry out preventative maintenance and repairs across the facility, covering HVAC, building management and energy management systems, and specialist gas and chemical delivery systems. You will troubleshoot faults on critical facility equipment, oversee subcontractors on site to make sure work is done safely and properly, and keep accurate records of everything carried out. Full training is provided on the specialist systems, including breathing apparatus and hazardous operations, and you will move up through the technical levels as you build competency.

This role would suit a Facilities Technician, Maintenance Technician or Building Services Technician with HVAC experience, looking for specialist training in a high-tech environment and a genuine path into a supervisory position.

The Role:

• Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair across HVAC, BMS/EMS and site facility systems
• Overseeing subcontractors on site for maintenance, servicing and repairs
• Structured progression through technical levels and on into Lead and Supervisor positions, with training at every stage
• Days or 2nd shift available, supporting a 24-hour operation

The Candidate:

• Facilities or building services maintenance background
• HVAC experience - essential
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting, ideally gained on a manufacturing or industrial site
• Trade school qualification or associate's degree in an engineering or related technical discipline
