On offer is a senior leadership position where you will play a key role in defining the company's future power electronics strategy while developing and mentoring a talented engineering team. You'll lead the electrical engineering function, oversee PCB development, and provide organizational leadership for mechanical engineering You’ll work closely with firmware, manufacturing, quality, and applications teams to deliver cutting-edge servo drives and power conversion products. This is a hands-on technical leadership role offering genuine ownership, autonomy, and the chance to influence both product development and engineering standards across the business.

The Role:
*Lead the Electrical Engineering team, oversee PCB Engineering, and provide organizational management for the Mechanical Engineering function
*Set technical direction for power electronics architecture, analog control design, power conversion, and next-generation hardware platforms while driving innovation across the product roadmap
*Work closely with cross-functional teams including Firmware, Manufacturing, Quality, and Applications to deliver robust, high-performance products from concept through production
*Excellent salary package of $175,000-$210,000 plus comprehensive benefits including 401(k), healthcare, paid holidays, and long-term career security within an established business
The Candidate:
*Experience in electrical engineering and power electronics design with previous technical leadership or engineering management experience
*Strong background in analog closed-loop control design, industrial motor drives, power conversion, and high-power mixed-signal electronics with experience up to approximately 800V and 500A
