Are you an electrically qualified professional with experience in data center construction, commissioning, or critical power systems? Are you looking for a role where you’ll take full ownership of energization, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and electrical safety across large-scale hyperscale build projects?
This is an opportunity to join an employee-owned company working on some of the most advanced data center campuses in the U.S, overseeing all energy control activity from pre-energization through commissioning.
In this role, you’ll act as the senior electrical safety authority on-site, reviewing one-line diagrams, approving MOPs, leading LOTO governance, and ensuring all energization work is carried out safely and to standard.
This position would suit a licensed electrician, electrical engineer, or experienced Energy Marshal who has worked on data centers, substations, utilities, or large industrial facilities.
The Role
- Lead all electrical safety, energization, and LOTO activity on live data center build sites
- Review and approve Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and energy control plans
- Interpret single-line diagrams and ensure correct redundancy and safety design
- Coordinate with owners, GCs, subcontractors, and commissioning teams
The Candidate
- Licensed Electrician, Electrical Engineer, or equivalent electrical trades background
- Experience as an Energy Marshal or in Energy Management
- Experience in data center construction, utility power, substations, or large industrial electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, LOTO, and critical power redundancy
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
