Exciting opportunity for an ambitious Operations Director looking to lead and grow a regional office within a long-established, highly respected mechanical contractor, where you will play a key role in shaping the future leadership of the business.

In this role, you will lead the Richmond branch, leading and managing a team of Project Managers and operational teams, taking responsibility for P&L performance and supporting the continued growth of the division.

The Person

• Leadership experience managing teams within mechanical, industrial, manufacturing or building services environments

• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting and P&L management

• Experience mentoring and developing individuals

• Commercially aware with strong decision-making ability

• Motivated by long-term progression and leadership responsibility
