This is for a fast-growing general contractor in the state of Florida. As a large firm with a number of entities, they are looking for a Project Manager to join the construction team and help take the company to the next level.
In this role you will be a key member of the Project Management team; coordinating with leadership, project owners and the field team to manage larger projects from start to finish, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, submittals, materials amongst other responsibilities.
This role would ideally suit a Project Manager with multifamily / residential construction experience.
