Are you a CNC Programmer with Mastercam experience looking to work on complex 3-5 axis components in a modern manufacturing environment?
This is a hands-on programming role where you’ll be developing, editing, and optimizing CNC programs for high-precision parts, while working closely with machinists and production to improve processes and efficiency.
You’ll be joining a growing manufacturer with modern CNC equipment, where programmers are trusted with real responsibility and have the opportunity to influence how parts are produced from start to finish.
The company is an established, industry-leading manufacturer with a strong track record of promoting from within and investing in its people. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a CNC Programmer to their team.
This role would suit a CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam experience who enjoys a mix of programming, problem-solving, and hands-on shop floor interaction.
The Role:
- Programming CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam
- Working with modern CNC machines (including Haas and Okuma equipment)
- Developing and optimizing programs for efficiency and quality
- Supporting machining processes and troubleshooting on the shop floor
- Monday-Friday, days shift (6:00am - 2:30pm)
- Overtime available at 1.5x
The Person:
- Proven CNC programming experience
- Strong experience with Mastercam
- Experience with 3-5 axis CNC machines (preferred)
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
