Buyer (Manufacturing)

Location: Galesburg, IL — commutable from Peoria, Kewanee, Macomb, Rock Island, and surrounding areas — Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

The Role:
- Procurement responsibility across raw materials, components, and services for a busy manufacturing facility
- Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts with real authority to drive commercial outcomes
- Proactively qualify and onboard new suppliers to strengthen supply chain resilience
- Hybrid working 3 days onsite, 2 days from home per week
