In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand technical challenges, provide engineering solutions, support system setup and field activities, and deliver technical guidance. You will also work alongside sales, engineering, and development teams on customer projects and future solutions.
This would suit an Electrical Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and working directly with customers while remaining heavily involved in engineering.
The Role:
- Provide technical engineering support to customers.
- Support system setup, testing, troubleshooting, and field activities.
- Deliver customer training and technical presentations.
- Up to 20% travel.
The Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Power systems, electrical protection, controls, or automation experience.
- Utility, consulting engineering, power generation, or similar background.
