You'll own the end-to-end delivery of AI voice agents for enterprise clients, partnering directly with key stakeholders to understand their processes, design and build intelligent agents, and continuously optimize performance. From refining prompts and deploying updates to presenting performance insights and business outcomes, you'll play a critical role in ensuring an exceptional client experience.

The Person (Must Have):
- Experience building and deploying AI agents using tools such as OpenClaw, LangChain, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Background in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or a similar client-facing role
- Excited by the opportunity to combine hands-on AI development with enterprise customer engagement

The Position:
- Own end-to-end AI voice agent delivery for enterprise insurance clients
- Partner with stakeholders to understand outreach processes, call flows, and business objectives
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents that replicate and optimize customer calling processes
- Continuously improve agent performance by reviewing call outputs, refining prompts, and deploying enhancements
- Monitor analytics, performance data, and business outcomes, presenting insights and recommendations directly to clients
- Become a trusted advisor to customers while helping drive AI adoption and measurable business impact
