RISE is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Day and Residential programs across Idaho. This role ensures safe, person-centered services for individuals with disabilities while driving operational excellence and fiscal accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Idaho programs and ensure compliance with state regulations and RISE standards.
- Lead and mentor management teams; promote staff development and succession planning.
- Manage budgets and financial performance.
- Drive innovation in service delivery and explore growth opportunities.
- Advocate for individuals with disabilities and represent RISE with state agencies and community partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Special Education, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years in executive leadership roles involving supervision, coaching, and staff development.
- Background in developmental disabilities, mental health, or behavioral health required.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
