The Role:

If you’re highly relational, love meeting new people, and you’re willing to grind, this is built for you. You’ll do high-volume outbound outreach to realtors and investors, then turn those conversations into long-term relationships that eventually send you real opportunities.
A big part of winning is simple: get face-to-face. Coffee, lunch, quick meetups, and property walk-throughs. Become the person they actually want to send meaningful deals to. (Yes, we reimburse coffee/lunch expenses.)
Flex field emphasis: Every other Friday is a Work From Anywhere day (home, coffee shop, wherever) and during the week we strongly encourage you to be out of the office for building relationships.
No real estate experience required. We’ll teach you the industry. We can’t teach hunger.

What you'll do
- Build a pipeline through consistent outbound outreach (calls/texts/DMs)
- Set meetings with realtors/investors (coffee/lunch) and deepen relationships
- Attend property walk-throughs and stay close to deals in the field
- Follow up relentlessly and stay organized inside Salesforce
- Work deals with leadership team support to get to the finish line
Ramp Up Coaching
- Weeks 1–2: onboarding, scripts, shadowing, daily coaching
- Weeks 3–6: outreach meetings, call reviews, live feedback
- Weeks 7–12: run your book, deepen relationships, close deals with support

Qualifications
- 0–2 years sales or customer-facing experience (coffee shop, restaurant, retail, gym, church, internships welcome)
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up
- Competitive, coachable, organized, and a strong communicator
- Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus (not required)
Earnings
Uncapped performance pay (commission role)
First-year OTE: $80–100k
- Top performers earn near $200k
