What We’re Looking For
- Passionate Selling: Individuals who are eager to develop within an exciting and successful company with a burning desire to achieve and a passion for competition
- Relationship Building: Desire to develop new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling - educate homeowners on the positive effects of being energy efficient and energy cost savings opportunities
- Ambitious and Resilient: Own the Sale or be Sold mentality with ongoing communication through outbound calling
- Training Initiative: Eagerness to continuously learn and grow - our comprehensive training program will give you the tools to guarantee success!
- No sales experience is necessary! Eagerness to learn and succeed is equally valuable
- Shift is 10am-6pm
- Average full-time $60,000 - $100,000 yearly, with an upside of $140,000
- $500 weekly aggressive commission, plus weekly incentives
