Patient Care Coordinator/Physical Therapy Tech

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and proactive individual who wants to play a role in helping individuals on their journey to better health! RISE has five Physical Therapy practices, and we are searching for a new team member to join our team in a combination Patient Services Representative / Physical Therapy Technician role. This team member will float between our Bentonville clinic and our Rogers clinic, two days at each.

You must be a TEAM PLAYER who is professional, organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing caring and friendly customer service. Strong people, phone, computer, and communication skills are essential. Experience with medical insurance is preferred but not required. While not required, we are also interested in an individual who is bilingual.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative and pride in their work. The ideal candidate is observant, self-motivated, and able to look around, recognize what needs to be done, and take action without always needing to be asked. This position requires someone who is willing to help wherever needed, whether assisting patients at the front desk or keeping the clinic clean, organized, and ready for patient care.

Patient Services / Front Desk Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients by name.
• Multitask effectively, assisting patients in person while managing incoming phone calls.
• Gather accurate patient information, listen attentively, and ask questions to develop rapport with patients.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments.
• Take payments and enforce fees when necessary.
• Communicate insurance benefits to patients and feel comfortable discussing their financial responsibilities.
• Answer questions about the value and benefits of Physical Therapy, promote what makes RISE special, and go the extra mile to explain how we are different.
• Manage and coordinate patient referrals.

Physical Therapy Technician / Clinic Maintenance Responsibilities

• Dust, vacuum, and sweep clinic areas as needed.
• Take out trash and maintain a clean, neat, and welcoming environment.
• Wipe down treatment tables and help maintain a clean treatment space for patients.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, including restocking necessary supplies.
• Take initiative to identify and complete cleaning, organizing, and restocking tasks without waiting to be asked.
• Assist with other clinic duties as needed to support the team and ensure a positive patient experience.

Schedule

Part-time position, afternoons.
Monday and Wednesday, Rogers clinic.
Tuesday and Thursday, Bentonville clinic.

• Monday: 12:00 – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 1:00 – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 12:00 – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 1:00 – 6:00 PM

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
