As a Client Experience Coordinator at Rise Modern Wellness, you're the connector between potential and existing clients and their journey to better health. This role drives studio flow, lead follow-up, membership retention, and front-end sales. You make first impressions count — and second impressions even better.
Commission: $15 to $200
Schedule Expectations:
Tue: 8:30 am - 2:00 pm or till 7 pm.
Thu: 8:30 am - 2:00 pm or till 7 pm
Fri: 9:30 am - 4:00 pm
Core Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Lead Flow
- Own the lead lifecycle: respond to inquiries as soon as they come in, follow up on decaying leads, and convert to appointments.
- Set up and attend pop-ups and activations.
- Track lead performance through the CRM and lead flow process.
- Schedule new client consultations and gather required forms or deposits.
Sales & Consultations
- Conduct sales consultations and educate clients on memberships, programs, and package options.
- Recommend treatment plans including frequency, pre-book appointments and handle objections with confidence.
- Maintain membership retention through proactive check-ins and re-engagement outreach.
- Obtain reviews and testimonials from happy clients.
- Leverage referral program with our current member base.
- Learn and execute all corporate promotions.
Appointment & Experience Management
- Manage client schedules, appointment flow, and service queue in coordination with the wellness coaches.
- Maintain communication through phone, SMS, and email channels.
- Ensure clients are greeted, onboarded, and supported through their first visit and beyond.
Client Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate and timely client records, waivers, and progress tracking.
- Handle incoming inquiries and resolve issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
Events & Brand Awareness Activities
- Business to business relationship building
- Flyering neighborhood and vehicles
- Attend member appreciation events & meetups

Preferred Experience:
- 1 year in a wellness, fitness, spa, or boutique sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM or appointment booking software
- Experience in client-facing or customer service roles
