Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software and database software
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Exceptional attentiveness to detail, with ability to learn and understand technical terms
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively with high volumes, meet short deadlines, take direction and perform duties with limited direction and guidance
- Ability to practice discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Strict adherence to RISE safety processes and procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Working towards a degree in Mechanical Engineering
- General understanding of building systems and equipment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint or other web application platforms

- Answering the phone

- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less.
