Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager Trainee located in Columbus, OH. The Property Manager Trainee will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the property, including tenant relations, lease administration, property maintenance, and financial reporting. The role includes interacting with tenants, coordinating maintenance requests, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Property management skills, including lease administration and tenant relations
- Basic understanding of property maintenance and the ability to coordinate maintenance requests
- Financial reporting and budgeting skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Google Suites; experience with property management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred

Pay: $38,000.00 - $41,600.00 per year
