Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Client Success to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative software and service solutions that address key challenges in healthcare technology. Ensuring seamless implementation, effective communication, and measurable outcomes for our clients.
The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and client experience, capable of managing both the full product lifecycle and the onboarding and scaling of client success processes.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for software solutions that address healthcare technology challenges, including patient affordability, gross-to-net (GTN) optimization, and risk mitigation for pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, pharmacists, operations, data analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure product initiatives align with company objectives and customer needs.
- Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, prioritization, development, testing, release, and post-launch evaluation.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-functional standups to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
- Analyze usage data, industry trends, and feedback to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Serve as a client-facing liaison, ensuring smooth onboarding, implementation, and communication with key stakeholders.
- Standardize and continuously improve the onboarding process for new clients to drive satisfaction and scalability.
- Manage daily and weekly client calls, provide proactive updates, issue resolution, and alignment across internal teams.
- Build and maintain a C-level knowledge base- collecting, organizing, and maintaining key client and project information for strategic visibility.
- Develop and refine playbooks for scaling and standardizing client success processes across teams.
- Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities to enhance client experience and ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer implementation teams to support go-to-market activities, product positioning, and adoption.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain deep awareness of pharmaceutical trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscapes to guide long-term product strategy.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring product decisions balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in product management, project management, or client success, preferably within healthcare technology, SaaS, or pharmaceutical services.
- Proven track record managing software products and/or client implementations from concept through launch and iteration.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with engineering teams in iterative environments.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical industry processes is strongly preferred.
- Experience using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!) and CRM or project tracking systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret usage of data, market research, and financial metrics to drive product and client decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
