Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Genius POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail and spirits service, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Upsell menu items, drafts, and specialty drinks to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or bussing as needed during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining establishments, or nightlife venues such as nightclubs is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and handling sales efficiently.
• Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards required for safe service delivery.
• Hospitality background with a focus on guest relations, upselling techniques, and team collaboration is a plus.
