Rippy’s Table and Tavern is a casual, family-friendly neighborhood pub and sports bar in Bellevue. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in taking care of our guests and the restaurant — someone who wants the food to come out right and every guest to leave happy.
As an Expo / Food Runner you’ll be the link between the kitchen and the dining room. You’ll help make sure every plate that leaves the kitchen is correct, complete, and delivered quickly to the right table so service stays smooth during busy dinner and weekend shifts.
What you’ll do day to day
- Work the expo window: read tickets, check plates for accuracy and presentation, and make sure food leaves the kitchen on time
- Run food to tables with care and urgency so guests get their meals hot and correct
- Communicate with the kitchen and servers so nothing falls through the cracks
- Keep your station, trays, and service areas clean throughout the shift
- Support the overall flow of the restaurant — when it’s busy, you help wherever the team needs it
- Follow food-safety and sanitation standards so we protect both our guests and the business
Who we’re looking for
- Someone who cares about the guest experience and the condition of the restaurant
- Reliable, on time, and ready to work primarily dinner shifts and weekends (a few daytime shifts available)
- Comfortable on your feet, carrying trays, and moving at a steady pace
- Team-oriented and willing to help where needed
- No prior restaurant experience required — we will train the right person
