About The Role
Rippling is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced SEO Strategist to support our growing organic search and content operations program. The role will be tasked with executing high-volume content updates and optimizations across our blog and resource content, ensuring every piece meets our SEO, GEO, and quality standards before publishing.
What you will do
- Audit and update existing blog content at scale for SEO/GEO quality, factual accuracy, and structural compliance
- Support content operations across our CMS, including staging net-new posts, applying edits, and managing publishing workflows
- Work cross-functionally with content, demand generation, and regional marketing teams to ensure content aligns with SEO strategy and brand standards
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform topic selection and content briefs
- Track and report on content performance (clicks, MQLs, SQLs) to identify optimization opportunities
- Utilize data as a north star to prioritize content updates and net-new production in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
What You Will Need
- Experience in an SEO, content operations, or content strategy role
- Detail-orientation with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
