Rippling is looking for a highly organized, communicative, and experienced Recruiting Coordinator to successfully schedule interviews in our high-volume and fast-paced environment on behalf of Rippling. The role will be tasked with providing a world class candidate experience at every step of the interview process from gathering availability, to scheduling follow-up interviews.

About The Role
Rippling is looking for a highly organized, communicative, and experienced Recruiting Coordinator to successfully schedule interviews in our high-volume and fast-paced environment on behalf of Rippling. The role will be tasked with providing a world class candidate experience at every step of the interview process from gathering availability, to scheduling follow-up interviews.
What you will do
- Schedule a high volume of both virtual and in-person interviews for any of the technical and non-technical open roles across the company
- Provide support for our North America, Europe, and Australia based recruiting teams
- Work cross-functionally across all teams and levels at Rippling while providing effective communication to both internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver a strong candidate experience in conjunction with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Utilize data as a north star while running an efficient process through our applicant tracking system, and ticketing tools effectively
- Experience in a recruiting coordination or scheduling-focused role
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
