What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Prepare and review expense reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper coding.
- Prepare and post journal entries related to payables and month-end close activities.
- Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies using strong analytical skills.
- Maintain vendor relationships and communicate professionally regarding payment status and inquiries.
- Support financial reporting and assist with audits as needed.
- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting with experience supporting accounts payable operations.
- Proficiency in accounting or ERP software and strong MS Excel skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, professional approach with vendors and colleagues.
