About us
RIOMAR COUNTRY CLUB is a private country club in Vero Beach, FL.
We are looking for a Facilities Technician to join our team and help maintain our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of the premises, identifying and resolving any issues, and performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry. HVAC experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of facility systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform minor construction projects.
- Respond to emergency calls for service as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
