About The Role

We are looking for a General Laborer to join our mining team at Boron Operations.

We prioritize safety in every moment and every move. With the right tools and a strong support system, you’ll be empowered to do your best work safely and confidently.

While working and reporting to the Maintenance & Services Supervisor, your duties will include

• Proficiently utilizing a range of small tools including shovels, pinch bars, , brooms, and more. Operate machinery such as bobcats, forklifts, sweepers, and scissor lifts, to efficiently accomplish comprehensive equipment and facility cleanup tasks.
• Loading and unloading railroad cars and trucks to ensure safe and efficient logistics operations.
• Providing services for office setup and relocation, including transporting furniture, equipment or appliances. Installing items such as pictures and shelves to create functional and comfortable workspaces.
• Contributing to general cleanup efforts, assisting with painting, insulation, and supporting production activities as necessary.
