ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited, To The Following
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and positive client interactions
- Operate the Keno computer system to sell, validate, and cash Keno tickets
- Accurately handle cash transactions and balance assigned cash bank
- Assist guests with Keno game rules, payouts, and general questions
- Monitor Keno draws and post or announce results as required
- Ensure compliance with all gaming laws, company policies, and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure Keno work area
- Report equipment malfunctions or discrepancies promptly
- Provide courteous, professional service to all guests

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in casino industry
- Strong verbal communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
- Must be able to obtain gaming registration with Gaming Control Board.
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust, and smoke.
