What You’ll Do
The primary responsibility of the Bar Runner is to support the bar operation by stocking all product including glassware, condiments, beer, spirits, and other necessary items needed for efficient operation within the beverage outlets. This position is a key part of the bar team to ensure the bartenders have the essential tools and functionality to assist our guest with exceptional service. Performs all duties in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.

This position is a key part of the bar team to ensure the bartenders have the essential tools and functionality to assist our guest with exceptional service. Performs all duties in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following
- Maintain stock and par levels with product, supplies and upkeep with assigned bars throughout each scheduled shift.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, including bar tops, sinks, glassware, refrigerators, coolers, and other bar appliances in accordance with SNHD and Rio Standards.
- Ensure all pumproom and main storage areas are stocked, clean and organized.
- Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries for assigned bar areas.
- Collect, transport, unpack, and distribute daily and weekly product orders from receiving to assigned bar areas.
- Fulfill any other related duties as assigned.
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
- Must present a neat and professional appearance.
- Work requires interactions with customers, the public and co-workers.
- Work requires teamwork with other staff members.
- Work requires 6 months previous server / running experience.
- Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations, such as: TAM card, Health card and non-gaming card.
- Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.
- Must regularly lift and/move up to 50 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as noise, dust, and smoke.
