Role Description The Order Picker role at Rio Grande Service Center Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, the team member will accurately pick and pack customer orders, label and prepare products for shipment, and help load and unload trucks as needed. Daily tasks include operating warehouse equipment (such as forklifts or pallet jacks where authorized), organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. The Order Picker will work closely with warehouse leadership and coworkers to ensure orders are completed on time, correctly, and in accordance with company safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Strong order fulfillment skills, including Order Picking and Packing
- Ability to safely perform Unloading tasks and handle physical warehouse work
- Experience or training in Forklift Operation or other material-handling equipment (preferred)
- Basic understanding of warehouse Operations Management principles, such as workflow, inventory organization, and shipping processes
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reading pick tickets, labels, and inventory records
- Ability to stand, lift, and move products for extended periods, following safety guidelines
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work full-time schedules
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience in a similar role is an advantage
