Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and their Gulf Coast Division is seeking a Pathology Medical Director Market Lead to be based at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen, TX.

Qualified Candidates:
- AP/CP certification is required
- At least three years of hospital-based experience is preferred
- Proficiency in general surgical pathology, clinical interpretations, and must have recent experience performing frozen sections
- Subspecialty training is ideal but not required
- The successful candidate must work cooperatively within diverse environments, have excellent interpersonal skills, and successfully establish and maintain positive relationships with hospital medical staff, technical staff and referring physicians
- Active Texas Medical License is a plus
