Job Summary And Qualifications
Provides leadership for service staff and managers ensuring the quality and integrity of care delivered. Is responsible for fiscal and human resource allocation based upon guidelines.
What qualifications you will need:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).
- ACLS required.
- CNOR required.
- BLS required.
- Minimum 7 years Perioperative Service experience required.
- Management experience required and competent in perioperative practice.
- 5 years management experience required.
