**About the Job:**
- Help customers make choices about jewelry during appointments and in-store visits. Make sure they have a memorable experience.
- Manage many customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone calls. Help customers feel valued and provide excellent service.
- Greet and assist customers when they arrive to create a friendly experience.
- After a sale, help customers with pick-ups, exchanges, resizing, and any questions they have.
- Call customers to confirm their showroom appointments and answer any questions they might have before visiting.
- Read customer feedback and online reviews to improve the shopping experience.
- Ensure safety and security in our showroom by following policies.
- Open or close the showroom and waiting area as needed.
- Use our system to keep track of your work and communicate with your team.
- Promote our mission of making the jewelry industry more sustainable and caring.
