Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect jewelry pieces that match their style and needs
• Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features, craftsmanship, and unique qualities of jewelry items
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering styling advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges
• Handle cash register operations with precision, including cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and retail math calculations
• Maintain well-organized merchandise displays through stocking, merchandising, and inventory management
• Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting remote customers or taking inquiries
• Support store operations by assisting with stock replenishment and maintaining product knowledge across the jewelry collection

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in jewelry or luxury goods environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader clientele effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math concepts
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous for team collaboration
• Knowledge of retail store product details, merchandising techniques, and inventory management practices
• Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette
• Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and responsibly
• Passion for jewelry or fashion accessories is highly desirable
