The Role
Rinse Dental is a four-operatory, associate-led dental practice. As Lead Dentist, you’ll have full clinical autonomy, leading the care for over 2,000 active patients (and growing). We are in-network for Delta Dental and fee-for-service for all other plans.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an array of clinical services—including fillings, inlays/onlays, crowns, simple extractions, orthodontics (invisible aligners), cosmetic procedures (like veneers and whitening), and emergency care.
- Perform comprehensive exams, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients on oral health and care options.
- Manage multiple treatment rooms and maintain a productive, balanced schedule—covering hygiene checks, operative care, same-day treatment, and emergency visits.
- Drive production by completing full treatment plans efficiently while maintaining uncompromising quality and patient experience.
- Lead and mentor dental assistants, collaborating closely with hygienists to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
- Partner with studio and operational leadership to achieve production goals, uphold clinical excellence, and continuously improve workflows.
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Current, active California dental license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Active DEA registration
- Minimum 5 years of experience (post residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting
- Comfort with modern technology and a willingness to adopt digital workflows
- Ability to work a Full Time schedule consisting of 5 days per week
- Dentists curious about new, science-backed ways to improve oral health
